On Friday, April 29th, Belton firefighters attended the Spring Fling at Marshall Primary. We were on hand with the Fire Safety House teaching kids what to do if there was smoke and fire in their home. They learned how to crawl low under smoke, how to check doors for heat, and to have an exit plan for their home. Students were given homework to take back to their parents to review how they can be fire safe in their houses. Everyone had a great time and we look forward to working with all the staff at MPS for next year's Spring Fling.
