BFD Wide Open During June

The month of June was extremely busy for Belton firefighters.  Our department answered 117 calls for service over the period of 30 days which is by far one of the busiest months ever.  Strong storms that came through accounted for approx. 25-30 of those calls.  Even without those, the response number would have still been high as compared to other months.
