BFD Trng 8/22/11

On Monday, Aug. 22, Belton firefighters met for regular bi-monthly training.  Several topics were covered including hose loads, knot of the month, and critique of recent structure fire.  Each engine was loaded with the triple layer hose load for all crosslays.  This should help deploy in a more timely and neat manner.  After hose loads, firefighters practiced rigging the Munter Hitch and Rescue 8 for lowering or belaying a single person load. Contact Capt.
