City Administrator Retires

Long time City Administrator, David Watson, officially retired at the end of last month.  Mr. Watson proudly served the City of Belton for nine years, starting in 2002.  He was a pleasure to work with and always kept the City, its residents and employees first in everything he did.  City employees held a drop in luncheon during his last day of official work.  He was presented with gifts from each department and several officials were on hand to share kind words and stories from the past.  We all will miss working with Mr. Watson as he enjoys retirement with his family.
