Structure Fire-Assist Rock Springs FD

In the early morning hours of Tuesday, October 11, Belton firefighters received a call to assist Rock Springs on a structure fire on Rushton Rd.  Engine 2 responded and arrived just after Rock Springs units and found a working vehicle fire parked extremely close to a mobile home.  Attack lines were pulled and the fire was extinguished quickly.  Entry was made into the home and damage was kept to a minimum on the home.  The vehicle was a total loss and there was exposure damage to the front entrance and porch of the home.  All the occupants made it out safely and no injuries were reported.  The cause of the fire was not known.  Photos by Ryan Sams.
