Structure Fire--Assist Williamston FD

On Sunday October 30, Willliamston fire units were alerted for a structure fire on West Second St.  Belton and Honea Path fire assisted with a rapid intervention team.  Williamston Fire Dept. arrived to find heavy smoke showing from a one story residential.  Mutual Aid manpower was requested by the order of Williamston 100.  Additional Belton Fire and Cheddar Fire personnel arrived to assist with extinguishment and ventilation.  SLED was called in for assistance in determining origin and cause.  The fire is still under investigation.  Photos by David Rogers from Anderson Independent website.
