Structure Fire-Assist Cheddar FD 2/14/12

On Wednesday, February 15th just before 3am Belton firefighters were called to assist Cheddar FD on a structure fire in the 100 block of Blount Rd.  Belton Engine 2 arrived first to find a single story residential with heavy fire involving 50% of the structure.  Attack lines were stretched and put in service as BFD firefighters quickly made entry and extinguished the fire.  The building suffered extensive damage and it was unclear how the fire started.  No injuries were reported.
