BFD Training 8/27/12

BFD members met for regular bi-monthly training on Monday night with the topic being Aerial Ladder Operations.  We were fortunate to have Honea Path FD and Anderson City FD bring the Aerial Trucks to review set up and operation of the equipment.  Rarely do our members get to work with aerial devices, but we must maintain proficiency in the event they are needed in our area.  It was great training and enhances interoperability and our efficiency each time we respond.  A big thanks goes out to Honea Path and the City of Anderson for allowing us to train with their apparatus.
